  • JEWELRY CARE
  • Silent Gypsy jewelry is fragile and is to be worn with care. Store jewelry separate from one another to avoid scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat, it can cause damage to the metal and finishes. Remove when showering as well as when applying perfume, hairspray, swimming, etc. Sterling silver will tarnish through time and wear, use a soft polishing cloth to retain shine. Silent Gypsy stands behind the quality of our merchandise and are aware that jewelry breaks and or can get damaged. We offer repair services on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@shopsilentgypsy.com to contact our customer service who will assist you with determining the repair fee for your product. Repairs and shipping charges are conducted at the customer's expense.

  • RETURN POLICY
  • If you are unhappy with any item purchased from us online, you may return it to us postmarked no later than 14 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from www.ShopSilentGypsy.com. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in original condition. Please package your item securely to prevent damages during shipping. A shipping method with traceable delivery such as FedEx or UPS is required, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Note: Shipping and Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. To return or exchange an item please email info@shopsilentgypsy.com to request a return authorization number (RA#).     CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER 
    You may change or cancel your ShopSilentGypsy.com order as long as the order has not yet shipped. To change or cancel your Silent Gypsy order, please contact customer service immediately at info@shopsilentgypsy.com.


  • SHIPPING POLICY
  • ShopSilentGypsy.com offers shipping via UPS ground to U.S. addresses only. All New York State residents will be charged state tax on their order. If you are an international customer, please email our customer service at info@shopsilentgypsy.com and we will give you the shipping cost customized to the country and location where you wish your items to be sent. All items shipped overseas are subject to additional shipping charges based on the country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are to be paid by customer upon delivery.
